If you are not confident about whether or not you enjoy a particular sport, it is pretty unlikely that you will want to invest a significant amount of money into it.

You should be able to shoot regularly within a 2-inch grouping at fifty yards once this bow has been sighted in. Because the bow’s speed is a little slower than most, it’s not a good idea to aim at a deer at a distance of more than forty yards, as this could give the deer enough time to start running away before the arrow reaches it. It is possible that the deer will only sustain injuries instead of being killed directly because of this.

  • Aiming the Bow

Because the draw weight is just 150 pounds, it will be simple for both beginner and seasoned hunters to bring the animal to full draw. Barnett has the worst customer service of any company that I have tried to deal with. I think Barnett allows the customer service representative and her supervisor to drink heavily on the job. No sober person could be that stupid. Barnett will only stand behind their products if you ship them your bow at your expense and charge you near $200.00 for a 15 minute safety feature repair that I could do myself if they would send me the anti dry fire safety.
Good product, but don’t look for customer support after the sale.
